everything was great, clean hotel, marvellous and brilliant location to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to fira to watch the sunset. i really enjoyed continental breakfasts with local cheese. the free parking was nearby, excellent service.

It is a nice hotel five minutes walking from Kamari beach. Bus stops are close too. Excellent value for money, Areti and Maria are lovely and they made us feel at home. On the day of departure we had a flight late at night and they allowed us to use all the facilities of the hotel (pool, shower, internet, etc.) at no cost.

Very friendly service from the staff (Areti and Maria). Lovely swimmingpool +terrace +bar. Quiet and comfortable. Nearby beach (5 minutes walk). We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect accomodation with a nice pool and shadow spending palm trees. Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast room including small library. Little snacks und drinks available. Maria was a very good, helpfull and hearty host. She explained a lot about the island and possible activities to us. When our daughter was a little ill she cares a lot about her and everytimes give us the feeling to be part of the big hotel family. Hotel localtion is about 5-10 minutes far away from the beach but it doesn´t matter. Therefore very quit and relaxing. We 100% will come again. Thanks for all.

The location in the shopping area was great, the room was brand-new and clean with balconies, and it was just a short 10-minute drive from the airport.

We stayed at Areti for our honeymoon and had a lovely 2-night stay. The room was beautifully decorated with towels and roses, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and water. The pool was clean and not crowded, but the nearby beach was even better. Maria, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, offering advice and even giving us a lift to the bus stop. The personalized service was exceptional, and we appreciated the little touches like the sowing kit and olive soaps in the room. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing all excellent.

I chose Areti Hotel solely for its proximity to Kamari Black Pebble Beach, which I had been eager to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's featured amenities, particularly the long promenade by the beach offering a wide range of restaurants and taverns. , ending the day with a drink at the poolside bar was a delightful experience.
